Shipping & Returns
We currently ship Autumn Adeigbo merchandise worldwide. For items shipping within the United States, a shipping estimate is available at check out for standard 2-10 business day delivery window. For an additional fee, express shipping is available upon request at check out. For international shipments, a shipping estimate is available at check out. We will insure your order to protect against theft and damage during the shipping process. Once the package is delivered to your address, we have no further responsibility for the goods. Autumn Adeigbo is not responsible for any additional customs/duties/import fees applicable at time of delivery or for countries who refuse delivery of our goods from the United States. Please contact you local customs office for customs office if you have questions about delivery allowance or customs/duties/additional fees as they apply to your global region.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online.
As you probably know by now, we are in the business of making limited edition make-to-order garments. That means we cannot offer easy returns for our pre-order merchandise. So what happens if you are not 100% happy with your garment? Reach out to us within 7 business days after delivery, and we will work with you to make sure the item is to your satisfaction, including making tailoring and fit suggestions. We will, however take 100% responsibility in the extenuating circumstance of a manufacturing defect. If nothing can be done to correct the garment, we can exchange the goods for another style, pending material availability of the garment of your choice. There will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any differences in price.
