About the Role

The Autumn Adeigbo Marketing Director will be responsible for the company’s marketing team
and strategy. As our future marketing leader, you will focus on expanding our marketing function
into a world class organization, growing our digital community, expanding brand awareness and
driving traffic to the AA website. Above all, you’ll be charged with creating a long-term and
committed connection with AA customers, while helping our business meet our revenue goals.

In This Role, You Will:

+ Build and lead a lean, scrappy and creative team of marketers. You’re passionate about
hiring and developing talent, and you know how to establish processes that align a team
around key KPIs.

+ Drive brand awareness with AA’s target customer base. You are motivated by building
iconic, enduring brands, and you’re ready to elevate an already strong brand through
innovative brand marketing strategies – both online and offline.

+ Oversee content marketing and organic social media, including managing and growing
AA’s social channels. You’ll set our editorial calendar and support a range of content
efforts, including our newsletter, by coordinating copy and creative. You’re excited to
work closely with our Founder, who will provide guidance and support in this area.

+ Manage the acceleration AA’s continued growth through paid acquisition. You’ll define
the goals, core strategies, and most efficient tactics to drive cost-effective acquisition
and retention through paid channels.

+ Shape AA’s story and public perception through public relations, leveraging earned
media to introduce the brand to new audiences. You’ll onboard and manage PR
agencies as needed.

+ Manage relationships with retailers, and other brand and licensing partners to amplify
brand awareness and drive conversions.

+ Manage all aspects of planning, budgeting and reporting for the marketing team.

We Are Excited About You Because:

+ You have a breadth of experience: you’ve spent 5-8 years managing marketing, creative
and content operations, with a significant portion of that time spent in-house

+  You have experience working with iconic consumer brands, either in-house or at a
consumer-oriented brand agency

+ You have a strong understanding of performance marketing and have experience
managing those channels to drive significant growth in a DTC brand

+ You have strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional
projects, including digital, social media, and print

+ You are a self-starter and can manage time appropriately and meet aggressive

+ You can collaborate across teams and motivate and influence others by displaying
strong leadership skills

+ You have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
