About the Role

The Autumn Adeigbo Sales Executive will be responsible for the management of key accounts, trunk shows and overseeing the daily operations of our Speciality/Boutique team. As our future sales leader, you will use your sales and relationship acumen to procure strategic new business opportunities while fostering sustainable growth in existing points of distribution.

In This Role, You Will:

+ Build strategic sales plans and forecasts at account and door level. Strive to exceed short and long term targets through best in class account support and engagement.

+ Build and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly selling reports to monitor KPIs and transform insights into action. Present seasonal hindsights and go forward strategic initiatives to Leadership.

+ Plan and execute seasonal markets. Prepare and partner with accounts on OTB and sales targets. Partner with buyers on optimizing assortments based on current and historical sales data.

+ Ensure all orders are entered and updated, adhering to deadlines.

+ Create and nurture strong partner relationships through regular communication, providing support and solutions for all customer service needs with a sense of urgency.

+ Support the planning and execution of Trunk Shows and Brand events with partners, ensuring brand standards are respected and financial targets are set and achieved.

+ Partner with our Design Team to create seasonal training tools and plan and execute in person training events in key locations.

+ Travel to local accounts weekly, regional accounts quarterly to ensure brand standards are being met, share product knowledge updates and information, connect with teams, and gather brand and competitive feedback. Create reports summarizing insights to share with Leadership.

+ Oversee and monitor the information flow to wholesale partners to ensure Brand representation is accurate and up to date to optimize sales results.

+ You have a breadth of experience: you’ve spent 5+ years managing wholesale accounts (majors and boutiques) and driving increased revenue for womens’ RTW for Luxury and/or Contemporary brands.

+ You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities to achieve and exceed sales goals. You thrive in the mercurial startup environment and possess the agility required to adapt to an ever-changing business.

+ You are customer-obsessed, adaptable and passionate about the Autumn Adeigbo brand and our core values of Culture, Color and Conscience.

+ You’re a highly energetic self-starter, able to think outside the box and work independently as well as in teams.

+ You are a self-starter and can manage time appropriately and meet aggressive
deadlines

+ You can collaborate across teams and motivate and influence others by displaying strong leadership skills

+ You’re a highly energetic self-starter, able to think outside the box and work independently as well as in teams.

+ You have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

+ You have strong analytical skills, fluency in retail math and proficient in Excel, Joor and NuOrder.

+ You are flexible to travel frequently.
